Berlin sublets · Zwischenmiete
The flats never make it to the portals. They’re in the group chats.
We read the Berlin sublet Telegram groups so you don’t have to — every offer pulled apart into neighbourhood, price, dates and type, then filtered down to the ones you’d actually take. You get the poster’s handle and message them yourself.

Recently, in the chats
Real rooms, pulled from the groups in the last month. Contact details are held back until you subscribe — subscribers get the full post and the poster’s Telegram handle.
How it works
Sign in with your email
No password to invent or forget. We email you a link, you click it, you’re in — on whichever device you opened the mail on.
Say what you’re after
Pick neighbourhoods, a budget, a minimum stay and the kind of place. Add a sentence about yourself and we’ll rank the feed against it — leave it blank and you get everything, newest first.
Message the poster
Every listing keeps its original text, photos and Telegram handle. You DM them directly — there is no middleman, no application form and no agency fee.
One price, no tiers
- Every listing from every group we watch
- Your filters, applied the moment something lands
- Full post, photos and the poster’s Telegram handle
- A morning email with the five best matches
- Save, hide and annotate — privately
Card details up front, charged after the trial. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Questions
Where do the listings come from?
Public Berlin housing and sublet groups on Telegram — the ones where Zwischenmiete offers actually get posted. We read the offers, not the people looking, and we don’t post anything ourselves.
Do you contact landlords for me?
No. You see the poster’s Telegram handle and message them yourself, in your own words. Berlin sublets go to whoever writes a good message first, and that is not something worth automating.
How fast do new listings show up?
The scraper runs hourly. If you’ve left the morning digest on, you’ll also get the five best matches from the past day at 08:00 Berlin time.
What does the “about you” text do?
It’s the part your filters can’t express — “quiet, works from home, no interest in a party flat”. A language model reads each new listing against it and sorts your feed accordingly. Leave it empty and the feed is simply newest first; nothing is hidden either way.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your settings, in two clicks. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the period you already paid for. You can also delete your account outright, which removes your email, filters and notes.
I run a group that should be in here.
Paste its invite link in your settings once you’re signed in. We join by hand and add it if it’s a real Berlin housing group.
